Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking Statement

This statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps taken by Lead Reach Limited (trading as Express Leads) to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains.

1. Our Organisation

Lead Reach Limited is a private limited company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 14834089), headquartered at Suite 608, Cumberland House, 80 Scrubs Lane, London, NW10 6RF. We operate Express Leads, a B2B data and sales prospecting platform.

While our business model is digital-first with limited physical supply chains, we recognise our responsibility to ensure high ethical standards throughout our operations and relationships.

2. Our Policies

We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all business dealings. Our internal policies reflect this commitment:

• Supplier Code of Conduct – requiring partners to prohibit forced labour, child labour, and exploitation.
• Whistleblowing Policy – enabling staff to raise concerns confidentially.
• Recruitment Standards – ensuring fair, transparent, and lawful employment practices.
• Due Diligence – onboarding checks for vendors and contractors.

3. Due Diligence

We evaluate suppliers and contractors based on their compliance with applicable laws, reputation, and ethical practices. Where risks are identified, we take appropriate action including corrective measures or termination of the relationship.

4. Training & Awareness

We provide internal training and guidance to ensure employees understand the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking and know how to escalate concerns. Awareness is reinforced through our policies and supplier onboarding.

5. Risk Assessment & Ongoing Commitment

Given our digital-first operations, we assess the risk of modern slavery within our direct business as low. Nonetheless, we remain vigilant, regularly review our supply chain, and continue to strengthen due diligence processes.

This statement reflects our commitment to zero tolerance of modern slavery and human trafficking, and our responsibility to take proactive steps in ensuring ethical conduct.
